Effective Date: February 13, 2026 · Last Updated: February 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how OpenRoads Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Hauling Intel platform (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide during registration or account updates.

1.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages viewed, features used, search queries, filters applied, favorited leads, time spent on pages, IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.

1.3 Public Data Aggregated by the Platform

The Platform collects, compiles, and processes publicly available information from government agencies, county clerk offices, departments of transportation, permitting authorities, business registries, and similar public-record sources. This data may include business entity names, registered agent names, officer names, public filing details, permit records, project details, and related public information.

This publicly sourced data is not “personal information” collected from you — it is public-record data that we aggregate and present through our Platform.

1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze Platform usage. We may use third-party analytics services (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features;
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts;
  • Personalize your experience (e.g., saved filters, favorites);
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and new features;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Platform;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing), subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the rights of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for any purpose with your explicit consent.

4. Public Records and Third-Party Data

The Platform displays data obtained from public records and publicly accessible sources. This data is not collected from or about Platform users. The original data remains subject to the terms and conditions of the respective government agencies and public repositories from which it originates.

If you are an individual or entity whose information appears in public records displayed on the Platform and you wish to request a correction or removal, please contact us at privacy@openroadssolutions.com. Please note that we can only modify data within our Platform — we cannot alter the underlying public records maintained by government agencies.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform’s services. We may retain certain information after account closure as required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements), or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Publicly sourced data is retained and updated according to our internal data management schedules and may be retained indefinitely to maintain the integrity and historical record of our data compilations.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about your account;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal information;
  • Opt out of marketing communications;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your information.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@openroadssolutions.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

8. Florida-Specific Disclosures

If you are a Florida resident, you may have additional rights under Florida law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171). In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits your rights under Florida consumer protection laws.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10. Do Not Track

The Platform does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from web browsers. There is no uniform standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, and we may update this policy if a standard is established.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
